Any educator can sign up for Teacher Hive and browse, launch, bookmark, and follow. To publish an app, you need Builder access.
How to request Builder access
- Open My Settings.
- Find the Membership section.
- Click Request Builder Access.
- Tell us who you are, your school or organization, role, school email address, and why you want to become to Hive Builder. A sentence or two is plenty.
- Submit. The Teacher Hive team reviews requests as quickly as possible.
What Builders can do
- Add comments and replies on The Buzz and App Info pages.
- Publish HTML apps and External URL apps.
- Use the AI, Connected, and File Locker Superpowers for their own apps.
- Copy and use apps with Connected Superpower that other teachers have shared as copyable.
To build apps that use the Email or Short Links Superpowers, you need Hive Pro.
