Rochelle Shumaker

With 25 years in education, I currently serve as a PLTW Gateway teacher and department chair. I hold two master’s degrees: one in School Administration and one in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership. Throughout my career, I have taught high school science, all core middle school subjects, and gifted education. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy life on our small farm where my husband, also a teacher, and I raise row crops and care for several animals alongside our three amazing children. In my free time, I love spending time with family, reading, gardening, crafting, and continually learning new things.
